The Trump Administration dramatically increased immigration enforcement and anti-immigrant policies, especially against noncitizens with criminal legal system contact. How do new policies impact the advice criminal defense attorneys should be providing to their clients or the prospects of immigrants with criminal legal system contact who are in removal proceedings or applying for status?
