The role of managers providing feedback to support their staff's development is sometimes an unappealing or even dreaded tasks.  It takes time, thought and sometime difficult conversations with colleagues that may not be receptive.  In this discussion, we will navigate best practices to help managers engage in informal and formal conversations that will lend itself to a constructive feedback process - also known as performance evaluations.
