Kathleen Kyle is the Executive Director at the Snohomish County Public Defender Association (SCPDA.) She earned a BA in Psychology at Northwest Nazarene University and a JD at American University Washington College of Law. Her first professional nickname of “Trial Kyle” bestowed by an old school judge did not stick and she is known to everyone as “KK.” KK has worked at SCPDA since December 1998 and serves as the Executive Director since May 2015. She lives and works in Everett, Washington. She is the parent to a creative seventh grader who is working on her PhD in TikTok.
